본 연구의 목적은 스포츠여가복지서비스를 측정하기 위한 표준화되고 타당한 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구는 서울시민 중에서 공공스포츠시설에서 스포츠여가활동에 참여하는 사람들을 모집단으로 선정한 후, 성별, 지역, 종목 등을 할당표집하여 총 360명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 333부를 자료분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 AMOS 24.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 기술통계분석, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 전문가 회의를 실시하였다. 본 척도의 개념타당도, 수렴타당도, 판별타당도, 준거타당도를 검증한 결과 모든 타당도가 입증되었다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 최소 문항은 5요인 총 20문항으로 개발되었다. 둘째, 타당도 검증단계를 통해 반응성 4문항, 신뢰성 4문항, 전문성 4문항, 접근성 3문항으로 총 4요인 15문항으로 최종 문항이 결정되었다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 향후 스포츠, 여가 정책을 위한 행동 연구의 실질적 도구로써 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized and valid measure for measuring sports leisure welfare services. In this study, among the citizens of Seoul, people who participated in sports leisure activities in public sports facilities were selected as a population, and then surveys were conducted for a total of 360 people by allocating and sampling gender, region, and events, and analyzing 333 copies of data It was utilized in. The data collected in this study were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 AMOS 24.0 statistical program. Descriptive statistics analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and expert meeting were conducted. As a result of verifying the conceptual validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reference validity of this scale, all validity was verified. As a result of the study, first, the minimum questions were developed with a total of 20 questions with 5 factors. Second, through the validity verification step, the final item was determined as a total of 4 factors, 15 items, 4 items for responsiveness, 4 items for reliability, 4 items for expertise, and 3 items for accessibility. The results obtained through this study are expected to be used as practical tools for behavioral studies for sports and leisure policies in the future.
