우리사회는 주 40시간 근무제가 의무화되면서, 노동중심사회에서 점차 여가중심사회로 전환해가는 과정에 있다. 이러한 사회적 분위기에 여가시간의 증가와 여가인식 변화는 삶의 생활의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있다. 여가활동에서 가장 중요한 위치를 차지하는 것 중 하나가 여가공간으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 변화하는 여가형태를 파악하기 위하여 서울시 거주하는 도시민을 대상으로 여가형태의 실태를 분석하여 선행연구와 비교하였다. 또한 도시민들이 어떠한 여가공간을 선호하는지, 선호하는 여가공간에 대한 중요한 영향요인인 시간적 거리를 가지고 응답자의 개인적 특성을 파악하고자 한다. 조사된 결과를 가지고 도시민을 위한 선호하는 여가공간에 대한 위치를 도식화하였다. 이를 통해 향후 도시민의 선호하는 여가공간을 구축할 경우 기초자료로 활용 될 것으로 사료된다.
The motivation of this research originates from the response in which 69.1% of Koreans replied that \"there is no newly initiated leisure activities\", of which 13.8% said that \"there is no appropriate place\". It belongs to the structural constraint, the constraint on space. In this research, the survey of 267 citizens in Seoul city was conducted on the current leisure behavior and desirable leisure space. Based on the survey, the analysis was carried out on what differences turn out according to age, job, gender, marital status and number of children, using T-Test and One-Way ANOVA. While there is difference in time for leisure participation per hour and in age, there is no considerable disparity in marital status, gender, job and number of children. However, the participatory behavior of leisure shows a different feature depending on gender and marital status, and the desirable leisure space also turns out disparity according to gender and marital status.
