The purpose of this research is to understand whether married men\'s flow with sports leisure activities affects their life satisfaction in their individual and family area. The major findings of the research are as follows: 1) There are statistical differences in the personal related variable according to the health, their occupation, and the working condition. In the family leisure variable, there are statistical differences according to the family leisure demand and family relation alteration. 2) Seeing over the difference of the life satisfaction according to the level of the leisure activity flow, the result are that the first is the personal leisure satisfaction, the second is the family leisure satisfaction and the last is the family life satisfaction. 3) It is found that they have a higher family life satisfactions when they are healthier, and wealthier or when they have a better academic background, and higher family life satisfaction. And, they have a higher personal leisure satisfaction when they are older, and they go to play golf a lot, and they have a higher leisure flow. And, they have a higher family leisure satisfaction when they are healthier and when they do not play golf well, and when they have a positive attitude, and when they spend many time with family, and when they have high family leisure demand, and when the substantial family leisure cost is increasing and when the proper family leisure cost is decreasing.
