specialization. For this purpose, the selected participants experiencing in recreation
specialization were recruited, and in-depth interviews were performed. Five
conclusions were suggested. Firstly, motivation of participants to cross-fit for the first
time had discriminatory experiences from individual gender. Secondly, they have
enjoyed constantly cross-fit due to ‘unique attraction’. It turned out total three
factors, such as formation of challenging, dominance between members and efficiency
of the time. Thirdly, all of the participants have experienced cross-fit was a big part
in their own lives. They experienced to show their own masculine and feminine
beauty through dynamic activities than participated activities in the past. Fourth, they
have perceived to form high confidence due to cross-fit is more difficult exercise
than other work out and it keeps great addictive work out. Fifth, they had to spend
time more specific positive life, and recognized to form their own habits that diet
management and establishing exhaustive schedule than past experiences. These results
suggest that experiencing experience of exercise with cross-fit makes it possible to
understand the value of recreation specialization for the people. Also, these lead to
new research direction related to the supporting significant recreation specialization
