This study aims to investigate from various angles the relationships between sports
leisure participation, job stress, job satisfaction, and psychological happiness which
draw various positive experiences of middle school teachers. Using convenience
sampling method, 500 questionnaires were collected from teachers at middle and high
school in I city. Excluding 87 unfaithful responses and missing value responses,
questionnaires were used for the analysis. Exploratory factor analysis, reliability
coefficient, logistic-regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were
conducted for data analysis, and conclusion is drawn as follows. First, it appeared
that the more job stress, job satisfaction, and psychological happiness of middle
school teachers increased, the more sports leisure participation experience increased.
Second, it appeared that the more teacher-student relationship stress, excessive task
stress, and economic stability stress out of the job stresses of middle school teachers
increased, the more competence out of psychological happiness decreased. Third, it
appeared that the more administrative support stress, stress of relationship with
fellow teachers, and excessive task stress out of the job stresses of middle school
teachers increased, the more happiness out of psychological happiness decreased.
Fourth, it appeared that the more satisfaction of human relations and satisfaction of
teaching itself out of the job satisfaction of middle school teachers increased, the
more competence out of psychological happiness increased. Fifth, it appeared that the
more satisfaction of teaching itself out of the job satisfaction of middle school
teachers increased, the more happiness out of psychological happiness increased.
