The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between leisure facilitators and serious leisure among badminton club members. From December 2019 to February 2020, a total of 353 questionnaires were distributed to Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Busan, and Daejeon for about 10 weeks. A total of 303 questionnaires were used for final analysis, excluding 50 questionnaires that were unfaithful or missing. For data processing, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of the study are as follows. First, intrinsic factors among the sub-factors of leisure facilitators had a significant influence on all serious leisure. Second, among the sub-factors of leisure facilitators, interpersonal factors significantly influenced the professionalism, personal effort, identity, and unique ethos of serious leisure. Third, structural factors among the sub-factors of leisure facilitators showed significant results on serious leisure professionalism, personal effort, lasting benefits, identity, and unique ethos. As a result of this study, leisure facilitators showed a significant effect on serious leisure.
